Presenting a healthy recipe for Broccoli Masala.

Broccoli is well known for its health benefits and this is our version of Broccoli that we make to suit the Indian Taste.

First we clean and soak the Broccoli in hot water and cut them into small florets. Next we stir fry them in a pan. Once done, we add some more oil, fry some cumin seeds, thinly sliced onions and green chilli and fry them until the onions turn golden brown. Then we add ginger garlic paste, 2 tomatoes ground into a paste salt and assorted masala powder (Chilli, Jeera, Coriander) and fry them. Once done, we add the fried Broccoli, 1/4 cup water and cook them with a closed lid. Finally we garnish with coriander and its ready to serve. This works as a healthy tasty side dish for rice and chapatis and will be a good option for both lunch and dinner.
